Program Mission

The mission of the AAEM Mentorship Program is to connect newer and experienced members through mentorship relationships, offering guidance, coaching, and support. By fostering personal and professional growth, the program strengthens leadership across the AAEM community and promotes a culture of continuous development in the field of emergency management.

Attendance at the ACCA and AAEM sessions is recommended but not required.
